Fall Asleep Fast to a Kettle Boiling Sound
There is nothing better than a good white noise video to fall asleep to. However, the hard bit is finding that white noise sound that helps you do achieve falling asleep fast. Finding the Right Sound for Your Relaxation
If you are just starting out trying to find the right sound for you, then experiment with different sounds. Firstly, you need to find a sound that you like; maybe you enjoy nature sounds, or machinery sounds, play a few sounds and from that try to find that sound that makes you feel the most relaxed. Once you have found that sound, only play it when you actually want to relax.This way you are training yourself and your mind that when it hears a certain sound, it is then time to stop what you are doing and switch off. Sometimes you really do have to train yourself into a relaxing state and sound will help you to achieve that.
