Waves On Pebble Beach Sounds
Waves on Pebble Beach Sound Effects
Relax and listen to the sound a waves as they hit the shore on a pebble beach. This is not the normal sound of waves hitting the shore, but you will also hear the pebbles as they rub together caused by the waves. It was a rather glorious winter’s day, so I thought it might be a nice idea for me and my hound Bear to visit the beach. The beach that I chose was Church Ope Cove in Portland Dorset. I love this place as it it surrounded by high cliffs and then of course the sea. As you will see from the photo, I am not sure that I could have picked a more perfect winters day to go onto the beach.
Strangely enough, it was a very cold winters day, but there were a couple of people actually swimming in the sea!! Fortunately, they left the water as I was about to start filming. Also what I really love about Church Ope Beach, is that not many people venture down there, (well at least every time I have gone there).
Waves on Beach at Church Ope Cove
This particular video was rather easy to set up. I chose a nice angle where I could see the cliffs in the distance as they fell into the sea. In the foreground there are the waves as they hit the shore and the pebbles on the beach. The to one side I set up my trusty Zoom H1n recorder, I then left them to record the ambient background sounds and scenes. It was rather pleasant to sit back and watch all this, with the warmth of my chocolate Labrador Bear leaning against me. I suppose at this point I should include a photo of Bear having a Zen moment:
