Gurgling Water in Drain Sound Effect

The other day as I was out walking with my trusty dog Bear, I heard a rather nice gurgling water sound. So we both went to investigate and found that there was water flowing underground under a drain cover. Of course, never being one to miss a chance, I set up my trusty Zoom H1n Recorder to capture the soothing water sound. Bear and I carried on walking leaving the sound recorder to do it’s job. It always worries me when I do this, as I wonder if another walker will find it, or even worse a crow would fly off with it.

Water Sounds to Help You Sleep

This particular sound effect, is a little deeper than most other water sound effects. So maybe the sound of underground gurgling water, is a sound that will help you to fall asleep to. This could also be the sound effect that your baby needs to help them to fall asleep, and more importantly, help baby stay asleep.

Well, as you can tell, other walkers or even a crow, did not prevent me from recording the sound effect. My main issue is that visually there was nothing really to see. So I photographed the scene, at least you have some idea of where the sound was being generated. I have made this as a really long video, so that you do not need to restart it, unless of course you are trying to sleep for more than 8 hours?
