Crows Sound Effects

Whilst out walking my my dog Bear, I came across hundreds of crows in and around some of the fields of Dorset, England. I really could not miss this opportunity of recording them, so I set up my trusty Zoom H1n recorder to record the event. So having set up my recorder, I continued on my journey, so that Bear got a decent walk. I have to say though that during my walk I did feel slightly worried. I was worried because I kept wondering if a crow might take a liking to my Zoom H1n?? Well, I do know that magpies like to take stuff, so maybe crows also do that.

Flock of Crows Sounds

Did you know that a group of crows is a flock, or a muster or storytelling? When Bear and I returned from our long walk, I was please to see that the recording equipment was still in place! I spent some time taking a few short video shots of the crows antics, then headed back home for some breakfast.

Here is a nice long 8 hour video of crow sound effects, which I am rather pleased with and is a good contribution to my natural sound effects section of this site.
