Factory Sounds to Relax
Listen to the sound of a Factory for Relaxation
For some of us, we love to hear sounds of machinery working and it also gives a comforting feeling knowing that people are working close by. You will hear the constant sound of a machine clanking away in the background. The sound of the factory also has a constant white noise, that will help to block out any unwanted sounds that could distract you. There is a repetitive sound of the clanking machine, combined with a gentle white noise, that should help you to relax.
Mechanical Sounds for Relaxation
Not all relaxing sounds need to be nature related, when you travel by train or car this can cause you to feel relaxed. Often the vibration or the gentle rocking is just one part of being able to relax. However, the sound also plays a large part in the relaxation process. Unfortunately, on this site we can not recreate vibration and rocking, but we can help your mind to think that you are somewhere that you find relaxing. Once you let your favourite relaxing sound wash over you, your mind will hear the white noise of machinery and start to lower your stress levels. For some people, mechanical sounds transport them back in time, where they will hear familiar sounds.
How to Relax to Mechanical White Noise

In our Sound and Vision Index, we have sounds from, travelling on a train, to the high pitch whine of a jet engine sound. Do not feel as though there is no sound that will help you to relax, sometimes it can take time to find that right sound. Once you have found the mechanical white noise sound that you like, you then need to play that sound on a regular basis.
Training Your Mind to Relax with Sounds
Sometimes, when you are using a sound that you find enjoyable, you then need to play that sound on a regular basis. When learning to relax with sound, you need to play that sound only at times when you feel that you can and need to relax. By doing it this way, you are training your mind to go into a relaxed state when it hears your favourite sound being played.
