Relaxing Garden River Birdsong and Bees for Relaxation

Sit back and listen to the relaxing sound effects. as you watch beautiful flowers being blown by a gentle breeze on a warm summers day. I was out walking one day and I came across this beautiful garden, that had a small river running through it. In the distance you see an elegant red wooden bridge over the river that connects the gardens. As you see the wind blowing the flowers, you will also hear the relaxing sounds of birds. Occasionally you will also hear the sound of bees as they go about their business of collecting nectar for honey.

This would be a great video to put onto a large screen TV, almost like having a window overlooking a peaceful garden. Just sit in a comfortable chair and watch the wind gently blowing the tall grasses. The water of the river is flowing past and you will see and hear insects and birds going about their business. Let these sounds flood into your room and allow yourself to be drawn into this beautiful scene. You can allow yourself to close your eyes, the gentle sounds of nature will just carry on. Let this video take you to places and times in the past that you enjoyed. If you do fall asleep, then that is great, but should you wake and open your eyes, you will be greeted with this idyllic scene.

This particular garden was spotted in a small Dorset (England) Village, The scene was just so beautiful that it was worth turning it into a long 8 hour relaxing video just for you. So put this video on, sit back and relax and feel the pressures of the world slowly lift. Relaxing is a very important part of life, it may not seem like much, but relaxing certainly benefits your health if done on a regular basis. When you feel the pressures of the world building up, then try to set time aside to relax. After only a very few sessions, you will feel the benefits of making the effort to find time to relax!
