Silent Dog Whistle Sound Effect

Well I don’t think that the silent dog whistle sound effect will be any good for us humans, but maybe this will have some effect on dogs? I created this sound effect mainly for people who have an annoying dog nearby that won’t stop barking. So point your speakers in the direction from where the barking is coming from and then play the silent dog whistle sound effect at a medium volume.

When I created this particular mechanical sound effect, I thought that it may be a good idea to have a visual indicator. So whenever the whistle blows, there is a red line indicating the actual sound being produced.

Does the Silent Dog Whistle Stop Dogs Barking

This particular video has now been on YouTube for over two years now, as a result there have been a number of comments from people regarding how well this video worked for them. There is also another thing that is also included in some of the comments, young people say that they hear the whistle also. None of they say that they find it annoying, just that they also hear the silent dog whistle.

How to Stop Dogs Barking

So, judging by some of the comments above, this silent dog whistle certainly seem to stop dogs barking. Perhaps at night when you are falling asleep, there is some dog nearby that is barking and stopping you from getting to sleep. Why not set up some speakers pointing out of your window, then play the silent dog whistle to stop the dogs from barking. Probably the best way of using this sound, is to use it sparingly. Only play the silent dog whistle when the dogs are barking, if you play it all the time, they will get used to hearing the sound and ignoring it.
