Heartbeat Sound Effect

For some people a good relaxing sound effect can be just the simple sound of a heartbeat at rest. I would like to thank Mike Koenig for this particular heartbeat sound effect. Heartbeat Sound Effect Video

I used Mike’s heartbeat sound effect and used audacity to make it into an 8 hour heartbeat sound. I then used Shotcut to create the heartbeat monitor line effect. Not all sounds trigger the right sound effect for what you are looking for. However, listen to the sound of a heartbeat and see if this is right for you. Otherwise you can check out our sound and vision library to see if there are any others that suit your needs.

Relax to the Sound of a Heartbeat

Sometimes the in order to relax, you need a steady gently rhythm to relax to. In this video you will hear a soft and gentle at rest heartbeat. Allow the sound to wash over you, As you hear the sound of the heartbeat, you will feel your body starting to relax. Not only will you relax, but you may or may not notice that your heartbeat also starts to work at a much slower pace. On the video, you will see a line showing the actual heartbeat, a constant recurring line that too will visually help you to relax.

Set the volume of the video, so that you can just hear the sound of the heartbeat. Think about the rhythm of the sound that you can hear and let your thoughts drift to events or places that were gentle and you enjoyed. Perhaps, this video is best enjoyed when sat in a comfortable chair, feet up and wearing headphones. As this is a gentle sound, the headphones will block out any unwanted sounds as you fall into a relaxed state of mind.

For some people, they only need a few minutes of relaxation, whilst other they need more time. So, I think that this 8 hour heartbeat video should cover all the bases.
